As some of you know I've been making a concerted effort to get my ass in shape recently and to my surprise, I'm killing it. So much so that I've decided to run in the LA Marathon in March of next year so I gotta keep it going. So far I'm dieting, swimming, running SIX MILES every day and just generally taking better care of myself. The balance is fantastic.
